Customer Tracking Form is a simple method for keeping track of your customer follow-up, including a health questionnaire. Print front to back and organize in an alphabetized accordion file or apply a three-hole punch and purchase a binder with alphabetical dividers.
Customer Follow-Up Scripts are digital templates for following up at appropriate intervals by email. Use these for follow-up with customers you are unable to reach in person or on the phone.
LFI US Registration Form, Price Sheet and Order Form
Use these forms to sign up a new Customer or Member. The Price Sheet list the costs for products and sales aids—and also includes the BV or business volume (Member compensation) for each product.
Body Balance and OsteoCare Use Instructions can be distributed to new customers to address common questions about how to use these products.
The Weekly Progress Chart provides a method for you to keep track of your business activities. At the end of your first thirty days, we will invite you to share your results with us, so that we can have the benefit of your experience in our continuing efforts to improve LF outreach tools and systems. In any case, keeping records is an important activity for building your business. Focus your energy and attention on the items in black. The items in green denote a new partnership between you and your New Member.
